Hello I went at 3.39 so was a long wait from 7 am, relieved all over and they let hubby come after hours, they rang to say it was all a success no complications and they seemed happy I am very sore and they tried to take me for a walk but I felt faint sick dizzy last night after the op so had to go back to bed, not slept much very tired but glad it’s done thank you for asking xx
Am glad it was a success. I remember feeling really tired and a bit light headed too. Hopefully you will be able to go home today and that really helped me. Lots of rest and taking it easy for a few days
Hi Shirleydana so pleased all went well. Try not to do too much too soon. Let hubby look after you
Yes he wil and my sons just got terrible wind pain :( and when I move feels like muscle pulled it’s sharp pains x
Hi I have such bad pains in my tummy I know it’s wind but it’s awful going home soon x feel rough
It should hopefully settle over the next couple of days and when you are able to move around a bit. Peppermint tea helped me. it is uncomfortable though. Once you are home and settled you should hopefully start feeling a lot better over the weekend. If you need anything, do ask
Are you walking around the ward? Moving helps shift the wind and gets the bowels moving again. Being home will be great as you will sleep far better in your own bed!
Hi I so home now got pains but feel better already x
