I am currently in hospital as I was very ill over the weekend and have a bacterial infection in my belly button area.
They did a CT scan on Tuesday evening and yesterday I was advised that cancer was found in my belly area. It’s devastating news after hysterectomy and all the radiotherapy but it is what it is. I am waiting on the MDT meeting tomorrow. This is grave news and uncertain about what happens next.
This must be absolutely devastating for you. Its the type of thing we all dread hearing.
You have always been so upbeat and positive. I'm so very sorry you have had this news.
Thank you for being so open about your experience and supportive to all of us on here. XX
Oh Muse. There are no words... Such a wonderful thoughtful person. Am so so sorry and sad to hear this. It's immensely kind and thoughtful of you to send an update at this time. All I can send back is a virtual hug – a big one – and a massive thank you. Thank you for helping me and others on here. Love Rosalinda. xxx
Oh Dearest Muse, what a very devastating message to read from you today. I am so sorry and I feel utterly inadequate to be able to express my empathy here. I can only hope that the care you are given will allow as much quality time as possible for you and those who love you. ️
