Worried about Lump!

I hope your new prescription helps and a chest CT is at least a tiny step forward. It’s difficult to not race forward in your head when you have no answers…but the original lump seems to have been replaced in your mind with focusing on your womb now? I’m guessing that’s because of where your main pain is now? 

An “mot” of your bloods would seem sensible and might help find out what’s wrong-I’m surprised it’s not been done already, but maybe they're not sure what to have tested. Another appointment for your bowel issues-what a system we have where things can’t be discussed at the same time! If people could get one overall assessment for all their symptoms etc it might mean things got sorted out sooner! 

I have to go to hospital next Friday to be fitted with an ecg monitor, so that’s 3 days of not being able to have a shower! At least it’s over the weekend. I’m guessing my stroke consultant needs those results for my appointment at the beginning of May. It never ends!

Well the worry is that this is all coming from the first lump, the Gynae won't remove it and hasn't biopsied it, just the womb lining. It's going to be an ongoing battle I fear. It will be interesting to see if the suspected Fibroid has grown, it's 2/3cms atm. Pain is there all the time with, unexpected area's joining in, the groin, bowel and left breast. I guess at this point of anything was cancerous it would have been found....but still until I get the complete all clear from everything it's a worry! An exciting weekend for you ahead I fear lol Hoped it won't be too uncomfortable or restrictive. They're definitely on the ball let's hope it continues on to the appointment! Going to my daughter's choir recital with her Uni, really looking forward to it. She had lessons as a child and has a lovely voice but like all things, interest's change. Luckily her housemate trained in opera and encouraged her to go with her. So there will be plenty off tears and clapping lol. Just hoping my energy holds ! xx

Here we go again! Was having a lovely weekend until Sun. Bad pain on my left side,which is dying down, then flaring up. Going to have to get a doc appointment or go to the hospital. I've a chest X-ray tomorrow, not CT as I thought, so will see how I get on! How did your weekend go? x

Bit of a difference between a Ct and a chest X-ray-I wonder why you were made to believe it was a Ct? I don’t know how you’re putting up with all of this to be honest-I would not have done. There are times you just need to speak up and complain and you first posted here 9 months ago but don’t seem to be any further on. 

I have had my weekend on the monitor which by the end was getting very annoying! But it’s been handed back now so hoping my results are through quickly-I have an appointment tomorrow with my stroke consultant so hoping all is good-I feel well, so I’m assuming so!

Finger's crossed it will go well for you, it's the last thing you needed! I've no words. My womb area and left side has been sore everyday for months, set not normal x

It’s definitely must be so wearying for you having this pain every day. How did your X-ray go? It’s really strange you haven’t got a scan lined up-you’d think that might be helpful in finding out what’s going on. Do you need to go back to get the X-ray results? 

My appointment went well, so got discharged from the stroke clinic-my results were all normal with my heart and blood pressure, so I just have 2 different medications to take every day and all is well. Cleared to go on holiday which is the main thing. One more appointment for something else the week after next and I hope then to be done with hospitals for a while!

Oh that is brilliant news!! Bet you can't wait to get away! Was quick, results in a week, have to contact Gp to get them. Reckon it must be fine then. Tried to get a Gp appointment but there's a bit off a wait, was wanting to get bloods checked but sure I don't know. Think I'm done...think this is it, I'll just have to get on with it and if it is something well, I've tried, really tried! They're not even interested in helping my pain levels. So I'll just have to find a way to cope, sorry just flattened with it all! Thanks for being there! Who knows maybe in my next post I'll have answers! x

Omg...I am so cross, I went for a lie down today and the Gp's surgery phoned twice to try and get me (2 different receptionists) and my wife didn't wake me...she only remembered about it when I was telling her my left side was really sore again. She'd forgotten I had an X-ray on Wed and is really apologetic...I have no wotds..It's a bank holiday over here so I won't be able to contact them until Tues. It could easily be about the appointment I have booked for Wed, but seriously feel like banging my head on a wall! x

Oh, what a nuisance-I hate missing calls that might be important. Hope you hear tomorrow that all is ok with it, but so frustrating! I will be summoned for bloods next month I think-they are keeping an eye on everything after my stroke now I’m on medication, and I need vit d now daily. Fed up of appointments and hospitals! Hope your appointment is ok onWednesday-time things were moving along!

Well some good news! I've actually got an mri for my womb middle of May!! It's only taken 10mths off hell!!  I'm ecstatic! Praying that I will get some answer's as to what's going on. Unfortunately I think my rib pain is actually my pancreas, it's slowly been getting worse and is excruciating after I eat. I've an appointment on Wed with a different lady doctor so I'm hoping she will listen and do bloods etc. If not in going to have to go to a+e when it next fully kicks off its just too sore. Are you off on hols yet?! How's everything going?! x
