Immunotherapy for stage 4 Papillary Thyroid cancer

Diagnosed 3/24. Since had major neck op followed by Radioactive Iodine. Did not work. Nodules now in both lungs and after 30 lots of radiotherapy summer 2025, cancer remains. Now looking at more radioactive iodine or some form of immunotherapy via ‘TKI’. Does anyone have info they could share regarding the latter re treatment, impacts and effects etc…
