Hi, Has anyone had a lump after orchiectomy surgery?
I have this lumpy bit of tissue at the external inguinal ring, it's just above the scrotum area level with my penis on the right side. I can only assume it's where the spermatic cord would have dropped down and entered into my scrotum. The problem is, this lumpy bit of tissue really hurts when touched, even when I strain or lift anything heavy, it gets so painful.
I am six months post operation.
