So the day finally came yesterday and got my surgery yesterday! I was in lunch time and out by 8pm which was great.
I have been given the jockstrap to wear and advise to keep this on for next couple of weeks. Did anyone else keep this on or any better alternatives to wearing? I also forgot about taking off compression socks did anyone else keep these on post op or if you are mobile do you need to keep them on?
Didn’t get the greatest first night sleep trying to keep comfortable but I am usually a on the side sleep but unsure if this would be a great position for the moment. Can anyone else advise?
