Hi everyone,
I was diagnosed with a PT1, 3.6cm classical seminoma, confined to testicle, no retis invasion etc, at the start of December 2024, further to an orchiectomy of my leftie. No raised blood markers, initial clear CT scan at the time and the oncologist has recommended surveillance only.
I've not had any adjuvant chemo and MRI / CT scans I've had since have been clear, as have the quarterly blood tests.
I went back to work a couple months after the diagnosis but 6 months later I have now had to sign off work with significant fatigue and currently I struggle to do daily tasks without feeling tired.
The oncologist doesn't think it's anything sinister and am awaiting more blood test results as of last week (querying low testosterone etc, altho hair growth etc is ok).
Has anyone else with a similar diagnosis also had such fatigue?
Wishing everyone the best possible health and outcomes,
DS
Hi DarkScore . Sorry to hear you are suffering the effects of fatigue. I'm not from this group so just giving your post a bump as it seems to have slipped through. I have suffered with extreme fatigue from my own chemo/radio treatments and know how debilitating it can be. It did gradually get better. I hope your blood tests can give some answers. Hopefully someone who has had the same treatment as you will be along with some advice. Best wishes.
