Hi im really concerned ive been diagnosed with a small GIST in my stomach 1.5cms. I havent had a proper consultation with a gist professional they just keep sending me for more scans etc. I dont understand why they dont just remove it while its small, less risk of spread and getting bigger and turning cancerous if it isnt already! I have another type of endoscopy which isnt a nice test coming up and feel like refusing it as just want to see a specialist first. What would you do?
