Hi Group,
Not sure where to start really ! Just saying a hello firstly.... I am a carer for my husband who has been diagnosed with firstly a osteo sarcoma in the skull and now a terminal soft tissue sarcoma in the brain its a primary lesion caused by Radio therapy from a previous aggressive frontal lobe tumour in 2012.(extremely rare)
We are both so scared we have two young children and my husband has also had a primary head injury on his 21st birthday he is now 47....I'm just thankful i have people to talk too.......
I'm so sorry that your husband is so poorly. It must be very difficult with a young family. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will be along to talk to you. I spoke to a nurse at Macmillan last week and she has referred me for a six week course of counseling with Bupa. It might be a good idea for you or your husband to give them a call. Take care of each other, Deb
