I am in severe pain with my tumour has anyone else experienced this It doesn't respond well to medication and U can barely sleep. My tumour is in my pelvis so I can't walk
I went in to A and E with severe pain in my stomach and back in may. Initially told I had a kidney stone. Went back the next day and they said it was probably appendicitis. They did a CT scan at 2am and saw the mass on my uterus. The gynaecologist said she couldn't understand why I was in pain as endometrial cancer doesn't cause pain. It turned out to be uterine leiomyosarcoma. If it hadn't been for the pain I wouldn't know that I had cancer. Maybe you should call your sarcoma consultant's secretary and ask for help. You shouldn't be in pain like this. I have non alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver so I can't take painkillers. Take care, Deb
