Hi there,
I have been getting different treatments of my matastic synovial sarcoma's for the last 16 years. My oncologist has now run out of conventional treatments. He has now suggested, after finding out I cannot take part in a trial he was looking at, that I start oral Cabozantinib as a growth inhibitor to try and stop the growth of my latest tumour.
Has anyone here tried this medication or had any experience of this treatment?
Keep going everyone... there is so much research going on every day means there might be a successful treatment in the pipeline for your future.
Hello eyestar21
I hope you don't mind me responding to your post as I had a different type of cancer to you- I had endometrial carcinoma sarcoma. Hopefully by me replying it will bump your post back to the top and someone who has had more experience will see it and offer support.
I am sorry to hear that you have had sarcoma for the last 16 years and the oncologist is now looking at other possibilities for treatment. I have found some info on Cabozantinib that may be of interest.

I wish you well for the next stage in your treatment and if there is anything else you need in the meantime please do ask.
