They found "digitation" but no "mass effect" they did not do contrast and I am at a loss, I developed lumps on my arm around October of last year, they have been painful in ways thats just achey in the bone as well as weakness to the arm. You can see the odd tissues here, I live in a very rural area and I just am looking for advice if anyone has seen this before, or how to proceed.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about soft tissue sarcomas but I noticed that you posted in the melanoma group in November that you were have investigations. You didn't come back to tell us how that had gone and I'm wondering if instead of finding melanoma you've been diagnosed with a sarcoma instead?
