Hi everyone I am here as my son in law has been diagnosed with rms which has spread to his lungs he has just turned 19. He is currently having radiotherapy on his face and lung but has been told that the cancer will return and that it is incurable I'm just so confused and scared about it all. My daughter does not like to tell me much as I lost my mum to brain cancer and she doesn't want me to go through this again but I really need to know what the future holds for him. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you so much
I'm really sorry to hear about your son in law. I can imagine you are extremely worried at this time. It is understandable your Daughter doesn't want to upset you after your experience with you sadly losing your husband. All sarcomas are different and each person reacts differently. A good place to go to for help is Sarcoma UK. They offer support and are a good place for information. Best wishes to you and your family.
