I will be having a lymph node remove in my right groin, has any one had this done?
Hi and welcome to the skin cancer group
I'm assuming that as you've said in your profile that you have Stage 3 skin cancer and you're asking about having a lymph node removed that you have been diagnosed with melanoma.
If I'm right then could I recommend that you join us over in the melanoma group where you'll find others who have had this operation. To join just click on the link I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and post your question after selecting 'start a discussion' and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
I was diagnosed with Stage 2a melanoma in December 2016 and had a wide local excision (WLE) on my arm and a sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) from under my arm. However, there are plenty of people in the melanoma group who have had this operation in their groin and they'll be able to share their experiences with you.

Really appreciate your comments, I will definitely join the group, thank you
