thanks to all who offered advice , im going to get my husband to try dulcoease tonight , for a good ,,,,out come . I was wandering is it a common problem with prostrate cancer,,,,,, or more so when it’s advanced .

No cook cheesecake is delicious. I usually use some gelatine and beaten egg white to make it lighter, especially when I use the low fat cream cheese and yoghurts. Adding blitzed red fruits into the mix adds a punch of flavour.

Our ice cream parlour makes yoghurt ice cream. Still trying to get them to make licorice ice cream which is delicious but only ever found it in Italy.
i really don’t fancy liquorice ice cream at all , ,,, i already eat a lot of yogurt,,,, i still a plain vanilla girl at heart.
but i’ll go to Italy with you any day ,,,, icecream
