Thanks I think I might. It is now 4.7 from 2.1. Next blood test on Monday will clearly establish whether or not there is an upward trend.

What have the hospital said about the first increase of your PSA ? Are you on any treatment at the moment, mine started to rise a while back, I had a choice of enzalutamide or arberaterone I choose the first, PSA stable at 6.3 it drops then goes back up.

Ive been taking pomi-t  for a number of years to help with the PSA. Hope they can sort something out.

I've managed to get my appointment brought forward to mid April so we'll see what they say. Your experience is certainly interesting and hopeful. I'm on Enzalutamide and Firmagon jabs, so I will try Pomi -T as a supplement.

The pomi-t like all supplements takes time to kick in, I take a couple a day other things that might help, pomegranate juice, green tea if you make curries add some turmeric, all these are good.

You can get it from the internet I use Amazon their not cheap, just have a look what’s said about them, put it into a web search and have a read.
