I would be more calmer if I didn't have the pain in my lower back getting worse...  The possibility of these spreading to my bones terrifies me. 

We'll see....

Back pain could be anything from constipation to worry. It’s not always the dreaded worst case scenario.

Keep a pen handy for all meetings whether on the phone or face-2-face. I inconveniently forget things as soon as I’ve heard them so take someone with you too.

Try not to google stuff you’ll make yourself sick and hyper worried.

I'm taking my wife with me.

I do have a severe case of constipation at the moment...I hope that is the case 

Just checked my dates and it was 6 days between the MRI scan and the urologist receiving the results. Unfortunately they booked me in for a meeting with him before the MRI, not after, so he held that meeting letter to the GP back and added the scan results as an addendum.

I luckily brought my wife.

I was so nervous that I didn't hear half of what the urologist said.

All I could remember that my prostate was enlarged and she couldn't see any abnormalities...

That sounds really positive!  I hope that means you can leave this little club that no one wants to be in.
