Hi guys. My hubby has just had his 3 month call from hospital. He started on enzalutamide ( along side his zoladex inplant) about 6months ago as his psa was rising , now gone from 12 to 59 in 3 months. He's t3 t3b n1m1 and been in a lot of back and rib pain recently. Doc has booked him in for more scans and checkup in 6 weeks. I'm really struggling now. I know there is more treatment and radio has been mentioned, so.... help please guys.
Let us know if the radiotherapy is doing the job of reducing the pain. Now the wait for the 'what next'.
So consultants meeting yesterday. Tissue scan all clear, 2 spots on bone scan. One on his spine that was zapped 2 weeks ago, one on hip their not worried about. Back pain greatly reducing each day. And the rise in PSA their not worried about, so all in all a really good meeting. Next appointment in 3 months. He's going back to work on Monday. Thanks for the 'chats'. I really appreciate everyone who replied.
