I’m on tomato for psa I want to know about the preparation ,eating fresh or cooking?

tomato as far as I know, is best cooked it releases some chemical that’s much healthier than just tomatoes. Other foods broccoli, fish, white meats, pomegranate, red grapes, wholemeal bread, low sugar items, drink wise, pomegranate juice, green tea, water.
