Oh goodness poor you and what a sorry state the business is in. You seriously need to take care. Just because you are in remission, it will take some time I am sure to regain your health fully. Good of you to volunteer, but don't do it at the cost of your health.
Glad your ears are being unbunged! It is horrible when you can't hear properly. I was scuba diving a few years back and to trauma to my ear and was quite deaf for about 4 months. It is horrid cos you can't always hear when people call you names .

You two are so funny.
Okay, a blue job is just one that is not pink . Blue jobs are normally the heavier, dirtier jobs like putting bins out, collecting logs, clearing up and loading dishwasher and lighting the fire etc. A pink job is more like making beds, cooking, washing, ironing, cleaning, gardening, IT technician, nursing, child minding, shopping - need I go on
. Up till now, I have been doing it all but as R gets stronger he is gradually helping more.
Just as well as I have just spent another £45 to have my chiropractor try and sort out my bad back. I am quite strong, even though I am only 5ft, but sometimes think I am stronger than I am, and then suffer. I love being busy and don't feel tired or pain until I sit down and then get told off for overdoing it!! Trouble is, I don't feel like 71 and still think I can do all the things I used to. I hate getting old, think I might pinch some of R's steroids, perhaps they will help!
Now Steve, you are educated with the colour of the gender orientated jobs.
That is fantastic that you got a chance to meet, I hope you both had a good chinwag. Shame I couldn't have been there to eavesdrop!
Thanks for your reassurances regarding moods and depression. At least I know it isn't solely our situation that is causing the ups and downs and depression.
Cheers
Gina
I am laughing my socks off here, v funny. R used to do the ironing to be fair but now I either do it or send it to be done, I bloody hate ironing. I am quite happy stacking and collecting logs. I like being outside and hate being cooped up for too long. That is why I like having Sidney, as I get to walk in the woods every day. It is my therapy. I either walk with friends or sometimes on my own where I get some thinking time which is also therapeutic.
Please do not give your wife my address as she might come here to beat me up . Gina
