My oh was diagnosed in November, both ht treatments degarelix and prostap have failed , he's on 3rd chemo due his 4th unfortunately had a blood clot now his psa is 500 from 24 on start on diagnosis, and mets on pelvis has spread absolutely devastated as nothings working

So sorry to hear about your husband. Have faith and try to keep strong for him.
Hopefully something will start to improve. Have they put your husband on Blood-thinners? I am on Apixiban and that put a spanner in the works.
There are a lot of good people in this forum, hopefully someone else will identify with your husband's condition and can offer advice from their experiences.

Not the best news you want to hear, we who have stage four, know about bone mets, they can be a devil, as Stevecam said others may suffer with certain medication not working, but if your team is trying all they can, I’m sure they will exhaust every avenue before nothing will work.
Has he had radiotherapy?
