Hi

despite some problems ,as my PSA is 0.1 but not totally undetectable have been recommended to wait for further therapy  by second  opinion doctors(radiotherapy was recommended by the operators due to Gleason 9).

Its 5 months since op.

During this time have been researching ED which of course would be probably permanent  after RT.

I tried diverse pills such as Spedra,Tadalafil  etc but saw little reaction.

I was prescribed Vitaros gel and despite my non nerve sparing operation was more than astonished to see an immediate erection after about 15 to 20 minutes.

None of the doctors can explain this well as no nerve sparing means about 85 to 90 per cent have ED permanently.

Has anyone tried Vitaros and has anyone with no nerve sparing ever regained the ability to have an erection.

I am well aware that curing the cancer is the main aim but it seems to me that anything that can make life more pleasurable should be considered.
