Hi, does anyone suffer from aching leg joints since taking Enzalutamide? I have been taking it for about 8 months now and my dosage has been reduced to 120 milligrams due to the effects of fatigue but not sure it causes the joint pain.
Thanks
Hi Milo, I have been on Enzalutamide for 2 years now and recently started with leg/joint pain. I am working 4-5 hours a day 5 days a week so think I’m doing a little too much. I have ice baths which really help, it seems like fluid build up. Had scans and consultant says must be my treatments. I have daily Enzalutamide, zometa (bone strengthening infusion) every 28 days and a decaptyl injection every 6 months. I’m still on full dose was offered a reduction but declined. Take care
Regards
Paul

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your response, I"m also having decaptyl injection, but every 3 months. I still have to wait for my next blood test to see if the reduced dose of Enzalutamide has effected my PSA. I am seeing my GP next week to discuss the leg pain.
Good luck with your journey.
Regards
Peter
