I husband was diagnosed with stage for pancreatic cancer cancer tumours and liver in the lungs he’s also got prostate cancer he’s had a first round of chemo but unfortunately he got an infection and is waiting for his second one however he is now plagued with constant diarrhoea and Histamic extended and full of gas How can I help him

I can see from your profile that you’ve recently posted on our online pancreatic cancer forum too. You have described some concerning symptoms and asked how to help your husband.
It sounds like he needs to be assessed straight away.
We would recommend that you get in touch with his hospital team straight away. He should have a cancer treatment helpline or emergency phone number. If you think he needs urgent help, you should call 999.
