Hi all, had an MRI on Friday 18th & wondering what other peoples time frames for getting results?
I haven't told my family or friends yet either. I've no idea what to say as "something" was spotted at a routine appointment with gyne. My gynecologist performed an ultrasound as I mentioned a few issues he didn't say what he found but took my bloods at that appointment and referred me for an MRI. I know nothing of urgently or not. My Dr didn't give much away.
I found the cancer research website very useful as a source of information regards timescales. https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-cancer/ovarian-cancer/getting-diagnosed/referral-specialist
I've attached it here in case it is useful to you too. I'm more than happy to chat to you about this if you haven't been able to share wider. I think we can connect on here as friends?
Hi RothersV
To connect as friends with anyone, click on their profile name and you will see a button “+ connect”.
If you press on this it will send a friend request to the other person which will appear in their notification and when they press to accept you will then be able to communicate by private message, off the forum.
