Hi All
I will find out in a couple of weeks if I am NED (no evidence of disease) after 6 x chemos plus Avastin, and surgery back in March.
I have stage 4 clear cell & atm Avastin is recommended as the maintenance option.
Just wondering if others with clear cell have had different treatment, if so, does stage make a difference?

I am sorry to hear of your ovarian cancer and I hope that your treatment has been successful. I had chemo myself and it is not easy at times. I hope that you did not experience too many side effects and are recovering from the treatment. I found it does take longer than you think.

Thank you so much. The good news..I'm cancer free! 
The uncertain news is what treatment I will have ongoing. My team are not keen to continue Avastin due to the constant bloody nose & headaches I have experienced. But I believe it's the best one for clear cell. I have been offered Niraparib instead.
Just want to know if this is appropriate. I will check out the links
