i learnt about this Essiac tea from my collegue. Her sister in law who has breast cancer just got on hold of it recently.
i am now starting to research on it on internet with interests. it seems to be a wonder herbal tea to work on cancer and any other illness.
i just wonder if anybody here had the first hand experience?
There are loads of evidence on the cures from Essiac Tea....every website you log onto, every programme you watch, every book you read tells you an endless number of people who have been cured or at least had some improvement from taking Essiac Tea. If you mean that there is no evidence published by the FDA or giving medical approval....of course not! Why are large pharmecutical companies going to say.....'no take essiac tea....it works better then chemo'.....how will they make money when they can't patent a herbal remedy!!
Just ask yourself one question.....why is there no official medical evidence on it??? Why has a clinical trial never been completed on it?? If you had the power and if a person came to you and told you they had found a tea that MIGHT cure cancer....even though it is a MIGHT would you not just run a trial on it anyway??? Yes, so would I!! So, ask yourself why this hasn't been done?? Because who would buy chemo the largest financial profit to BIG PHARMA!!! So instead we are all told it damages your kidney!!!! How can they possibly say this is they have never trialled it!!
I am not saying that this tea works. what I am saying is ask yourself why we dont know if it works despite the evidence that it has cured so many people!!!
If essiac tea was helpful in curing cancer, the pharmaceutical companies would be researching it, because if they didn't someone else would. It's a nonsense to say that they would supress it, which they could only do effectively if it was patented, and they could only patent it if it worked!
As someone has said, when we are diagnosed with cancer, we will try anything and there are people out there prepared to sell anything.

Hello all, get your boots ready to give me a kicking lol, I have spent many days trawling tinternet and its all utter tosh! the lot of it! I having got the dreaded big C I have explored all sorts even garlic some even think it might work but you would have to eat enough to kill a heard of Elephants, a week in the deep freezer could also work but then even that has it's draw backs, come on folks theirs always some one knows a secret cure for everything, most times people think things are working is the power of the mind, used to give my kids sweets when they cut their knees, boy did it take the pain away, has anyone ever met someone in remmision who said "No I told the Oncologist leave me alone with me tea and me bag of stuff am doin just fine eatin this bark off a giant bluewood tree and gargling rocking horse urine"...... well I ask yeaa and its ilegal to advertise a cure in this country, so dont be trying said list lol, right into hiding now ha ha all the best Kev
Yes actaully Kev, there are thousands of cases of people who turned down conventional treatments and chose to see sense over madness by using alternative and very simple treatments, such as dietry changes, herbal remedies and mind body techniques i.e. Qigong, tai chi, yoga, meditation, EFT, etc and all with levels of success that make surgery, chemo and radiotherapy look like barbaric treatments of the middle ages.
Gill Edwards is one such lady who cured herself of breast cancer using diet, herbs and mind body or 'energy healing techniques'. She told her Oncologist that conventional treatment was not for her and chose to see what else was out there. You can read her story, which also looks in great detail at the veracity of alternative therapies, in her book Conscious Medicine, which is available via Amazon.

Gosh, this is a difficult one. Discussing 'cures and remedies' is a bit like talking about ones belief and religion. It's all very personal and if you think it's going to work for you then maybe it does. Each to their own I say.
Hi all my friends, Ive not tried Essiac tea but the other day i got a face book post from an American friend raving about Graviola. Apparently in English its called soursop. Anyway this tree/plant is from the rain forest and is reported to be 100,000 times stronger than chemo without hurting other good cells and no side effects!! Interesting eh?? Anyway im going to look into it and see what i find . For now Love and hugs to you all Lynn XXXXX
