There is a very good reason why clinical trials have not been run. There is not intellectual property to protect, nothing which can be patented. Not exactly true. A pharma could apply for and receive a use patent giving them exclusive rights to sell the herb blend as a treatment for cancer. The problem is, the patent would never cover the sale of the four individual herbs. You cannot patent burdock root. Since the recipe is in the public domain, anybody could buy the herbs and make the tea themselves. A company might even get away with selling the herb blend for a different purpose. A small pharmaceutical company actually did begin clinical trials, but halted them most likely for the patent issue. No other company picked up the rights to the formula.
There is a lot of information out there. Here is a link to a pretty good source- Susan G Kommen:
Right on, Crystal Clear! Besides, thinking just one thing cures cancer is simplistic. It takes multiple things - cleaning up your diet, detoxing and destressing, and numerous supplements and nutrients. And it's not an instant process, either.
