I am 5 months in treatment for Diffuse B cell lymphoma located in rectum. I have had 4 rounds of R CHOP and am over halfway through radiotherapy. My last chemo was end of January and since then I have aches and pains in my legs. Has any one else experienced this. The lymphoma has also caused a fistula which actually I have found initially more traumatic than the cancer. It is now manageable Is there anyone in the group had to deal with this at all.
Hi again, leg aches and pains are one of the treatment ‘left overs’ that can last far longer than you want or like...... I found the winter months the worst as I was less active but the more I did the better this were..... this will pass.
I also have some post radiotherapy surface skin problems surrounding my rectum so in some way appreciate the challenges, good days and bad days but more good.
