Hi Catz7 welcome to the forum and so sorry to hear about what has happened for you.
That is not good enough them putting you off like that and not giving you any information, time for some tough talking methinks and say to them that you want someone to get back to you before the end of this day or you will be calling every day until someone does get back to you. I guarentee you you will get a call back.
Have they any idea what it feels like to wait to hear back from results or to wait on treatment it s not fair and as far as I know the NHS is fully open so things should be moving for you . Let us know how you get on. Best Wishes for now.
