As e 81 year old this is new to me
It is good to see that you are not alone and that there are many others going through the same journey
The biggest problem I have is the lack of energy a few days after treatment

Dave
Hi. I am no expert but at 81 you have earned the right to be tired. The. Myleoma treatment does make you fatigued. When I was on treatment for. M. M. I would go to bed for 1-3 hours most days to rest. As my overnight sleeps were not great Lack of energy is also a side effect and your red blood counts will be down. Are you having weekly blood tests ?
you are never alone on this forum. Lots of great advice. Kevin
Hi. Dave I have. M. M. And now 21 months post stem cell transplant. I also still get tired. The dexamethasone is a potent stimulant used to send me a bit crazy Verbal more than normal. Less tolerant! It does get better! I am male 68. 66 when diagnosed. Now in a good place Kevin.
