So today I had my WLE on my back and whilst I was having that done, I mentioned an area on my ankle so he rang straight across to my skin cancer specialist and came back and said he’d feel better removing it and if it is what he suspects I will have to have a WLE on my ankle too. My specialist also told my surgeon to tell me to ring my cancer nurse and ask her to chase my scans now too.
Hi Chalky1980, I’ve just read your profile you seem to have had a stressful time of late. Friday the 13th seems to have been a little lucky for you though as the surgeon did your ankle there and then. I hope your wait for your scan goes quickly.
Take care KT
