Hi everyone.
I thought I would put a link here to explain about your Profile page page. It is very helpful if you can all take a minute to fill out your journey on your profile page, as this really helps others to answer any questions you may have. It doesn't matter if it is your own cancer journey, or whether you are here to support a loved one. This is very helpful to the newcomers, to see that people have been on a similar journey to the one they are starting. You just click on your username then select profile. You can edit this information at anytime, and update the journey as you go. You can have a look at my profile to get some idea, just click on my user name or picture to go to my profile.
Thank you.
I agree chellesimo, it's important for members to update their profile, it's so useful to us all and means we don't have to keep repeating ourselves.
Hugs, B x

One tip I have which I expect many of you do already is record your discussions with your mdt and consultants etc. I use my phone start a video and put my phone on desk I always ask if they mind. I willl spend a bit of time updating mine will do my tonsil cancer journey too.
Like that about the storms I like this one by Napoleon Hill.
“The strongest oak tree of the forest is not the one that is protected from the storm and hidden from the sun. It's the one that stands in the open where it is compelled to struggle for its existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun.”
Just a kind reminder to fill in your profile page, it really is beneficial to the new members to be able to read our stories.
I have just updated my profile after receiving my CT scan results yesterday. Please do take a look by clicking on my profile name or picture. X
Just bumping the post, as it is a really good reminder to fill out your profile page. It really does help other members to see what journey you have been on. Thank you
