The waiting is horrible isn’t it?  Hope all goes well tomorrow, Stars2shine. 

Yes take care and hope it goes well. I found my fitness before op let me do a bit too much exercise in the first weeks following the op and it took me 5/6 weeks to learn to listen to my body better and just STOP. So my point is; hope you're better at listening to your body than me! But also, like I said, really hope it all goes well, it's a lot to process before and after

I hope you don’t have to wait too much longer. I was very lucky in that it was just under 6 weeks from diagnosis to surgery. Hopefully your surgery is booked in soon  

I hope it's all gone well and that the recovery from the operation goes well too.

Hi All, had radical nephrectomy one week ago today. Larger laparoscopic incision very sore and painful initially but getting better every day.One night stay in hospital but I was sent home with no pain relief only had Paracetamol at home as unable to use anti-inflammatories now. Creatinine's was high but now has levelled out. Really great to be able to sleep on both sides again! Could not sleep on my back for long! 
Good thing I have noticed is not having to get up 4-5  times in the night to pass urine!!

Oh yes, I had forgotten the sleeping on my back! Glad to hear your creatinine has levelled out and that your incision is improving.
