Thanks for that , very helpful . Ye I have a feeling that my grade will be high and aggressive as my tumour is large so believe that my treatment will start straight away . I’m concerned about that as I thought they can only give immunotherapy for two years or maybe I’m wrong on that. 

Hi Phil just dug through my old records I was t3a 2 tumours 10cm and 3.9cm kidney removed 2 and a half years ago.no after treatment. Just feel tired now and I feel the cold more  Sounds similar to you.

 I have been on immunotherapy for over 4 years now, I am not sure how long you can be on them but, I do know there are others who been on them longer Sandy

Yes I’m only 39. Had my op 2 weeks ago so I’m on the mend now. Where are you at on your journey? 

Diagnosed 2 weeks ago got my first appointment with urology on 27th March. How are you doing afer having your op x

I’d say I feel pretty much back to normal now. Just the cuts the last couple of days have been very itchy and keep catching them on my clothes cus they’re now scabbing but it’s a good sign of healing. The first few days after the op were more painful than i was expecting tbh but I only had paracetamol as the codeine made me hallucinate and I didn’t want morphine. I have a newborn so it was hard not being able to pick him up for the first week. Good luck with your appointment. I have my follow up on the 15th April x

I wouldn't want everybody to think these ops always have a very painful recovery. Many do not. It's all variable.
