Anxious and stressed

Just had my CT Scan result from my Urologist. All Clear.. Would have preferred a Face to Face., but with all the problems with the NHS at the moment, this will have to do. Next CT scan, 4 months time, at least my February holiday abroad is now on.

Yes, can now look forward to my Holiday. Someone else said, what they do after each CT scan is book & go on holiday. Looking at your summary, seems you had a Cyst about the same size as mine. They thought it was 13cm, turned out it was 17cm. Good Luck, with the CT Scan.

Yes, sounds very similar. Strange that these things can go undetected for so long. The consultant predicted mine had been growing for five years. Good job for both of us that we pushed for further investigation. Fingers crossed you’re clear now. Relax and enjoy your break.

Yes, lucky I persisted and went private. See profile. Had to laugh, got a letter from NHS last week for original complaint, asking if I still wanted be on list. Thank God I went private and was diagnosed privately with Renal Cancer. Would still be waiting now, with the cancer growing. But like you, I am sure it has been growing for many years.

Yes, I did get my scan results. It was all clear. Next CT scan in 4 months. Only a letter, not a Face to Face.

How long did it take from your latest CT scan to getting a letter to say it was all clear? I had mine last Saturday, no heard anything yet which I assume is probably because it didn’t raise any concerns. Thought I’d give it another week before ringing.
