Hi everyone, constipation happens, especially with us lot! and if you take morphine. I have spoken about this before and the need to read laxative notes to understand ALL the side effects, bloating, water retention etc!
I thought l had solved my particular issue but now just need a bit of team help please.
Can anyone advise as to any NATURAL remedies they are using i.e. fibre, prunes fruit, sennacot etc. All answers appreciated includng those which will naturally cause me a good belly laugh (whichcould be the answer ).
LOve to all. Adrian
Thanks Lynsi; l'll certainly look at that. What l want is a natural remedy. A lot of the laxatives rely on retainjng water in the body to assist easinv but of course that causes bloatinv especially the ankles. Linseed and Keffir sounds alright. Once again thanks. If you saw my belly yuo would laugh. It doesn't make me laugh love Adrian
Thanks Ormebeau. The response has very very good. I'm thinking of mixing everything up drinking it and seeing what happens. Should be pretty spectacular. (Sorry too much info!)
Love to you and everyone. Adrian
Hi there Mmum, well it's 0400 in the morning and l have a smile on my face. I need say no more than, "Phew!!!"
Thanks everyone, have a great day, l shall. Keep hydrated, keep cool, slap on the factor 50 and wear a hat!
Love to all. Adrian
Hi Suffolkflyer aka Adrian. I am up with the lark too. So pleased you have sorted the constipation. It makes you so miserable otherwise. We have come away for a few days but i am struggling, can’t walk far so invested in a wheelchair. Got out and about yesterday but just took to bed around 9pm, I was exhausted. we also bought a new fan for the chalet. Never have too many. Going to take your advice re keep hydrated, keep cool, slap on the factor 50 and wear a hat. Take care and stay safe.
Love Gooner (Aileen)
Morning Adrian,
I am so glad you have had success that will set you up for the day, I can feel the heat already so everyone stay safe and don’t stay out during the hottest time of the days, I have my son and daughter in-law coming for the weekend from London, I will not be cooking in this heat so we will be going out for lunch with my daughter and her partner and my youngest son, I hope everyone enjoys the weekend please stay safe and try to keep cool. Love Sandy xx
