Had my first consultation, following diagnosis and second scan. Huge relief that the cancer is isolated to one kidney, so he seems optimistic that removal of the kidney will sort it. Now the wait for 4 weeks for surgery, I’m sure it will fly by. I feel I am now in a position to tell my daughter as there are now answers to some questions, and the other questions cannot be answered until the kidney removed and biopsy done.
