I haven't had the letter yet - I know it's due by Sunday. I gave my surgery a quick call as I was getting differing information as to where it should come from and they said they weren't issuing anything and that it came from central government.
There's a link on the .gov site to register yourself if you haven't received anything

Hope that helps.
The letter helped clear up a lot of things that I found confusing in the text. Text said stay 3 steps away - I measured mine and it came out at 4 ft 2 in which was a lot less than the government's 2 m - it also said you could go out in the garden which has come as a great relief as I'd got up to 10,000 steps since coming out of hospital and was finding it hard to get up to 2,000 walking round the house and up and down stairs. Got up to 3,500 with gardening.
I had to walk down to the surgery today to get my bloods done, it's come to something when a needle phobic person like me's high light of the week is going for a blood test!
