I had my monthly visit to the oncologist yesterday. Good news! She was really impressed at how my treatment had progressed over the last 12 months, and how I have kept quite well after a number of treatments over the last (almost) 18 years now. I was put on Tivozanib last February after discovering I had a growth on my remaining adrenal gland. I have had a few minor problems relating to the drug, but, touch wood, nothing too drastic. It felt a little weird as she just sat there looking at me when she said that after my scan (due shortly), and if all is okay, she will extend my visits to 8-weekly. Just be glad to get my scan done, now.
Congratulations Ormebeau
