Itchy neck!

Has anyone else suffered from a really itchy neck 4 months + after RT? I can’t work out whether it’s the dissection scar or just the RT area in general, but it’s driving me mad with wanting to scratch it! Any ideas for stopping it will be gratefully received.

I occasional have a scratch from my dissections but it is not really an issue for me. If I am honest it is more the funny feeling I get when I scratch it from the nerve damage than anything else that makes me remember it! I did religiously use E45 on the scar to get it to settle down AND get me used to feeling the neck for lumps - that may have helped in the healing process for surgery.
