Hello. Quite a while ago I posted about an excellent article written by Dr Peter Harvey called ' After the Treatment - What Then ? ' and I though it would be an idea to re-post for anyone who may like to read it.
Even though I am six years on now, there are some days when I feel the need for some sort of reassurance as everyone tends to think that once all the treatments are over then you are back to normal, which isn't always the case. So by having a read of this, it helps to ' balance ' me so that I can move forward again ...
After the Treatment ... then what ?
It's a fairly long pdf file, but worth it ...

Brilliant Joycee, not seen that before. So much sense in it and so many familiar feelings to relate to.
Thanks for posting it.
