Following neck surgery (removal of all nodes and full tonsillectomy) and then mucosectomy etc…and NO location of ANY primary...would it make sense to ask for/insist on another (full) PET scan to see where I am (a new ‘baseline’) BEFORE embarking on disruptive therapies?
I’ve just had a Quick Look at your profile. I see they found SCC in your lingual tonsil. That’s where mine was. Why has your oncologist told you that’s not the primary ?
