Hi all.. I'm still waiting to see oncologist, but my throat is getting sore from constantly having to clear it... I've been prescribed Difflam, but I'm just wondering how the rest of you cope. I see BioXtra is mentioned a lot.
still waiting on mask fitting, dietician and speech.. no dates confirmed for any of those yet,

I doubt you’ll get those til you see oncologist. There will be a consent form to sign and side effects of treatment to be gone through.

Hi. I had all my treatment at Leicester Royal.
once I’d had my 1st oncology appointment things moved pretty quickly. Has a PEG been mentioned?
yes, but I'll insist on one anyway..

I’m 19 months post treatment. The policy was, & still is I think, to fit a PEG before treatment begins.
yeah, that'll suit me then..
