Hello Lorna - you can find the story of my Head and Neck cancer which was cancer of the tonsil and soft palate in the Head and Neck cancer group under Me and mr Sore throat. I was diagnosed in January 2007, I had my soft palate removed and now have to wear an obturato to plug the hole where the palate used to be. If I can help at all do keep in touch. Nina.
Hi lorna. My husband will soon be having his soft palate removed due to cancerous growth. Already had 3 big operations for cancerous growths in other parts of neck and throat. Are you ok?
