  • Hi Terrypops

I've been having a little potter in the garden, walking around with secateurs and string and peering at seedlings.   Looking forward to the weather warming up and hoping for some rain!

  • Hi Terry. I’ve been working in  the poly tunnel and sorting the bees. They made honey earlier this spring and are now eating it in this cold and rainy weather.
Husband Stan and I are busy planning the first trip of the year in the camper up to the Lake District to see his mum for the first time since September 2019.

  • Put to shame by all the guys working in the garden, I spent the morning on the computer and the afternoon watching the Spanish grand prix and then West Ham v Everton football match.

I'll cut the grass tomorrow, promise.

  • Me to

I've been up my allotment. Nice to have a bit of warm sun on my back which I think always makes you feel better.

Still struggling with dry mouth and throat but had my second holding session for my new teeth so slowly but surely onwards and upwards

Got my scan appointment through for the end of the month so hopefully it won't find any more of the little blighters

    Terry

  • Hi Hazel

I've been up sorting mine nice to be out without wearing a heavy fleece jacket

  • Hi Dani

I think in our situation you have got to have a sense of humour or you would go mad.

I had some really good news this week I managed to get my hair cut so I no longer look like wurzel gummage

    Terry

  • Yes, I agree Terry.  Feeling the warmth of the sun does make you feel better.  I do feel the cold though so still go out looking like Nanouk of the North - probably to the amusement of everyone else!

Fingers crossed for your scan results.
