All scans/covid tests done, ready to go under the knife tomorrow. Cab booked, checklist...er...listed; will feel you all with me tomorrow. On the afternoon list so not due in until 11.30 so hoping to be one of the first in but it's a lottery. I'll keep you informed.
Metastatic SCC diagnosed 8th October 2013. Modified radical neck dissection November, thirty-five radiotherapy fractions with 2xCisplatin chemo Jan/Feb 2014. Recurrence on larynx diagnosed July 2020 so salvage laryngectomy in September 2020.
Yes got there in the end. Might take some getting used to this new appearance

I got there in the end Ellen thanks, I've drunk virtually a whole bottle of vino tonight so probably not in the best place to handle new "stuff". Of course no problem posting in here, would you like a glass?

People hate change until it becomes normality, new banknotes for example. It's "monopoly money" for a few weeks then everyone becomes accustomed.
I also like the fact that we've gone back to being able to reply to a specific post.
