Hi all

Last 3 days + 2 to go is time spent waiting to meet the team. Don't get me wrong things are moving at breakneck speed (excuse the term of phrase) but I just want to get on. Get things done.its not the cancer that worries me it's the side effects of treatment. I had a call last night offering a job I had applied for pre treatment but had to tell them what was happening. All is not lost though. Be in touch soon . Signing out

    Hi Paul

I remember it like yesterday my hubbys MDT meeting , he starts week 4 of treatment this Wednesday. Things are really moving fast. Once a  plan is in place things will move and it will soon become part of your daily routine.

All the best. Speak in a few days

  • I know exactly what you mean. It's ingrained in me when our son rang us to tell us what he had. Well his girlfriend took the call over as he was so upset.

25 and diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia 25th August 4 weeks after graduating from uni.

Hoping things will get better now as he had a stem cell transplant on 14th February...our 20 year old daughter was the donor.

    Difficult times
