Does anyone have any advice on a sensitive electric shaver for my partner who has recently started radiotherapy and has always wet shaved - any advice appreciated thanks
Hi Puppy123, i changed to an electric shaver way back in 2010, it has 3 rotating heads on it , i expect they are a lot better or more advanced nowadays and do a better job. I have never tried the "foil " type which is just a single head. Im sure your partner will find it better to use an electric one rather than a wet one during the radiotherapy period., All the best to you and your partner with the course of radiotherapy, take care.
Chris x
Agree 100% with Chris, rotary blades are infinitely better than the alternative in my experience and wet shaving is a really bad idea during and after treatment. I think specific brand recommendations may be frowned on on here as Macmillan can't be seen to be endorsing products but I'll just suggest you go with what "Phillip" has to offer and you won't go far wrong.
