I had oropharyngeal cancer diagnosed in july 2016. Radiotherapy which ended in January 2017. It came back and I had reconstructive surgery to replace my soft palate in May 2018. A pet scan in January this year revealed a nodule on my lung and it was decided to wait and do further scans. Now I've been told it has grown but is attached to my rib, so difficult to biopsy. I have an appointment on tuesday to discuss treatment options. What group do I belong in?
Hi Pisces1150
I'm so sorry to read your post.
There is an Online Community Group for Lung Cancer patients and one for Secondary Lung Cancer so presumably one of those groups? I would imagine any further implications regarding Head and Neck Cancer just come back to us.
Good luck on Tuesday and I do wish you all the very best.
Linda
